Order Processing
We begin processing your order as soon as full payment has been received. Most orders are passed to our shipping partner within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the following business day. During peak periods, such as seasonal sales or the weeks before Christmas, processing may take slightly longer, and we will inform you of any significant delays. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number where available.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days within Germany and 5 to 10 business days to other EU countries. Please note that these are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas
Shipping costs are based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you complete your payment. Any free shipping promotions are clearly displayed on our website and at checkout. We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries, which you can find listed at checkout. If your country is not included, please contact us at info@sidianrush.com and we will gladly check whether delivery can be arranged.
Packaging
Each order is carefully folded and packed to protect it from moisture, dirt and creasing. Shoes are packed securely to help them keep their shape during transit, so everything arrives in excellent condition and ready to wear.
Tracking Your Order
You can follow the progress of your parcel on the shipping company's website using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Delivery Address and Missed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, please contact us as quickly as possible, as address changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will get in touch to arrange redelivery, and additional shipping costs may apply. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, take it to a parcel shop or leave instructions for redelivery.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If your parcel is damaged, an item is missing, or you have received the wrong product or size, please contact us at info@sidianrush.com as soon as possible, including your order number and, if possible, photos. We will sort it out promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking information has not been updated for an unusually long time, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please let us know. We will look into the matter with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage only passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. All prices shown at checkout include the statutory VAT.
