Cancellation Policy
At Sidianrush, we understand that plans don't always go as expected. This policy explains how to cancel or change your order, what happens once your order is on its way and in which situations we may need to cancel an order ourselves. It does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, which is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us as quickly as possible at info@sidianrush.com. Include your order number, your full name and the email address you used when ordering, and let us know whether you wish to cancel the entire order or just specific items. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. As long as your order has not yet been handed over to our shipping partner, we will cancel it, send you a confirmation by email and refund the full amount, including shipping costs, to your original payment method without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days of receiving your goods and return the items as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. If you decide you no longer want an item, please leave all tags attached and do not wear or wash it. Shoes should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Sealed hygiene items, such as underwear or swimwear, can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
Changing Your Order
If you would like to switch to a different size or style, add items or correct your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to update your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If changes are no longer possible, you can cancel or withdraw from your order and simply place a new one.
Personalised and Custom Items
Items made to your specifications or personalised for you, such as pieces altered or made to your individual measurements, can only be cancelled before production or personalisation has begun. After that point, the order can no longer be cancelled and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
Cancellations by Sidianrush
In some cases, we may need to cancel an order ourselves, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product details, if payment could not be completed, if an order appears to be fraudulent or unauthorised, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If this happens, we will notify you by email and refund any amount you have already paid in full to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
Partial Cancellations
If only part of your order is cancelled, we will refund the amount for the cancelled items. If the remaining items no longer meet the requirements for a free shipping offer, we will not charge you any additional shipping costs.
